Our program is a 9-month cohort designed for comprehensive growth. Surge School is our flagship program that dives deep into the spiritual underpinnings of your work, vocation, and calling. It's not just theory; it's practical too. You'll gain hands-on skills for project startup, from ideation to personalized coaching, all delivered by experienced local entrepreneurs. This includes:

Weekly Meetings
We'll journey together in refining your concept during weekly meetings with your fellow entrepreneurs. You'll explore the spiritual basis of your work and receive invaluable project startup training from local experts. Along the way, you'll gather for group meals with Surge School participants from across Tucson and hear from impactful speakers.
Pitch Night
The grand finale is Pitch Night, where you have the opportunity to present and get your idea off the ground in a nurturing environment surrounded by friends, family, and potential investors. Every pitch has the chance to secure seed funding to kickstart your project's journey to fruition. Imagine your mission-driven project taking off with the support and resources you need. We're here to help you turn that vision into reality.

Do not worry about the expenses. Infuse covers the cost of Surge School registration, curriculum, training, and coaching, as well as all quarterly meals. All we ask is that you purchase four essential books in your preferred format to deepen your knowledge and skills:
