A Year in Review

It’s been a busy and exciting 2024!

We spent the first half of the year collecting and revising all the resources and materials from our first 2 cohorts and compiling it into a cohesive set of quarterly readers and lesson plans - which we launched with our current cohort of six in September.

In early October, our team was invited to participate in a 3-day Work and Worship seminar in Washington D.C. hosted by the Institute on Mission, Church, and Culture at Calvin Theological Seminary. We came home encouraged and with new connections and tools to apply locally.

And then later in October, we hosted our first community-focused event with a screening of the documentary film Luminous. Over 80 people joined us for a night under the stars at the MSA Annex Festival Grounds to watch the film and participate in a panel discussion - and you helped us raise over $400 for the Tucson High School Astronomy Club!

To wrap up the year, we’re focusing on engagement with our cohort participant’s home churches, and exploring how we can best assist and equip them as they shepherd their members.

Your donations and support have made all this possible - THANK YOU!
